@Lfcsalesinfo @LFCHelp I’ve had 2 games credits taken off me. The confirmation emails didn’t mention they were ST and the ticket history doesn’t mention ST either. @LFCHelp say that these were ST. What can I do about this?

This isnt good practice @LFCHelp Why are your emails showing credit but system/live chat doesn’t accept this? This isn't the only example of this

@stesync Elanga's recent data is pretty poor and has only made 90 minutes twice since GW29. I prefer Mbeumo for his penalties and consistent 90 mins.
