@CenturyLink is there a known outage around the Ocoee, FL area? Internet in apartment randomly went out and my roommate works from home.

@FedExHelp if possible, I need some assistance tracking down a package being sent via SmartPost. I've already contacted the shipper and they are having trouble locating from their end.

@FedExHelp I sent an email Thursday to ask status of package that I was notified was "shipped" on the 12th.(no reply) Tracking still shows status as "pending" over a week after it should have shipped. I need to know what's going on. I was expecting it this weekend.
