@afneil I think everyone’s missing the point. If his father did own the toolmakers factory then he wasn’t a worker. In the budget he said he wasn’t putting up NI for workers so his father couldn’t have been one.

Keir Starmer told a journalist on camera yesterday that his father had worked 10 hours a day in a factory five days a week ‘every single day of his working life’. Can that really be true? Can it be substantiated?
