To finally rub in my shock, she said to close the virtual account, I shall have to give a written instruction to @myaccessbank. So an instruction is required to close the same virtual account for which one was not required to open! So much for trusting a bank with my money!!

I kinda preferred the futile hope that the funds will be reversed all this while to the illogical but blunt declaration from the BM that the money is gone while she checks the status of the virtual account in case I am still owing @myaccessbank .
