While I don’t see eye-to-eye with RFK Jr. on several issues, there are key areas where I do feel he and the administration could make a positive impact on US health, IF they choose to focus on them (vs on other areas that could be a distraction at best, and a net harm to health at worse): 1. Combatting the stigma surrounding substance misuse and supporting treatment and recovery. 2. Shifting the focus towards holistic wellness practices rather than solely relying on downstream diagnosis and treatment. 3. Enhancing food safety regulations and promoting better nutrition guidelines. 4. Encouraging physical activity and prioritize fitness initiatives. 5. Addressing the rising costs of prescription drugs.
