I did the cricket fixtures for a season after my father passed he was doing them at the time and when I was the combination football fixtures secretary for a number of season both sports talked to each other and there was a gentleman’s agreement on dates to minimise clashes.

@Paulthered01 @tim_pryor @d_andradesport Island cricket, club cricket and club football all in same calendar year. All i have said is a 2 month break. Out of 12. Football won t have any pressure from cricket in November or December.

The way we are going Refs at the top of our game will give up because of all the criticism which will leave a void, this will be filled by less able persons who will do even a worse job. This is the same in all walks of life just like our politicians.
