@AdamMGrant I always like the approach of companies as a sports teams. I believe Netflix was grown based on this. You have team identity, rely on each other, performance matters, you do have players move in an out of an organization.

@jillianwalker Yes, I was discussing gap in benefits. Or maybe gap in communication. You should have had the resources to help in a benefit plan (assumption on my part). Through EFAP or another channel. Nonetheless I was thinking there would have been resources there to help...

@jillianwalker Makes me sad to hear this as there should have been multiple times for education and intervention in your benefit plans over the years. Chronic pain is very common with employees...so helping anyone should be there in 90% of plans. It’s in their & your best interest to get help
