@AmericanAir You did nothing for me and provided no options. Expedia and I tried and you wouldn't do anything to make things right even though there were many options along the way. You were terrible.

@AmericanAir Too late, I had to cancel and get other flights. After being on chats and phone calls for hours, with them contacting you and you doing nothing, I was left with the only solution being booking a new flight. You wouldn't even give us cash back or extend our credits.
