So just watched the episode. Kelly should’ve stayed. Angels was pretty good , Jimmys was pretty good but Bobs was applied terrible! He hit the challenge but applied the tattoo like crap! Not at this level , not at this time !! Sorry Kelly you got screwed! @inkmaster @Jimmysnaz1
