@neilspellings NetScaler via terraform is painful for Gateway, had to switch to NitroAPI for many of the build processes. But DaaS packer for gold image and then terraform for deployment was a dream. IPS from on-prem to Azure was also great.

Today have been learning about deploying AVD via Terraform. Pretty neat stuff. It's a shame Citrix don't have the same capability with their Cloud infra. I'm thinking one could write a Terraform module that uses the CVAD REST APIs but it would be a lot of work...

@jweiss70 Neat. I left contracting a long time ago but if there’s now reasonable priced insurance, this sounds superb.

@stevenwrightuk You can get IR35 insurance as a safety net, but also just making sure you are keeping things above board and legal. Plus having a good accountant keeps things transparent and advises if rules change etc

@jweiss70 The greater number of roles can only be a good thing and presumably it avoids more work going offshore?

@stevenwrightuk Yes and no...moving it back to contractors means less risk for companies and therefore more contract roles will be available for the contractors. Genuine contractors, doing project, multi client and short term roles will not worry about HMRC because they have nothing to hide!

@TaffyStang Phone calls and emails are unanswered for a month. I've taken to messaging their exec team on LinkedIn - who also don't respond. Bizarre if they're still in business. They're supposed to have been speaking to Santander, but when I checked they haven't done that either.

@stevenwrightuk I did read they are currently being bought out by another company. They seem to be let of Capita which probably explains a lot.

@usermail01 The simplest method would be to run any version of the installer and copy/paste your current license into the pre installation screen.
