Will be live in Discord later to answer questions. @impact_theory is pleased to announce that we have reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in which we resolved the SEC’s investigation.  We are happy to have concluded the SEC’s investigation, so that we can focus on the future of our business and on our Community.   Although we are disappointed that the SEC has chosen to broadly question the exciting technical innovations that make digital assets possible through the lens of the securities laws, we remain optimistic for the future of this industry in the United States, and hope we remain the global home of innovation.    We cannot wait to see what new ideas are emerging in this exciting space and we would like to thank all of the thoughtful people endeavoring to solidify legislation around this important new technology and hope that some of the questions posed by Commissioners Peirce and Uyeda in their dissent[1] get answered in a fruitful manner to give our industry a clear path forward.   We will operate our go-forward business consistent with our good faith best understanding of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, will make clear that all of Impact Theory’s digital assets are collectibles with utility within the exciting new landscape of Borderless Entertainment, and will fiercely discourage people from treating our digital assets as anything other than what they are—collectibles with utility.  We will have more news on this in the coming weeks and months.   We have recently announced several developments that are important to our future direction. Phase One of Project Kyzen launched just a few months ago, and we are immensely grateful for the praise Project Kyzen has received:   ●      “groundbreaking” ●      an “exceptional fusion of storytelling and gaming,” ●      marking “the beginning of a significant change in the entertainment industry.” We have multiple major releases still to come in 2023 that will significantly extend the scope of our game world. We are also excited to be announcing our first major partnership before the end of the year, as well as to continue breaking new ground in what we call Borderless Entertainment. Our goal is to test the limits of both technical gaming innovations and the narrative structure that we believe will allow our community of story and game enthusiasts to express their own creativity.
