Find it weird how body dismorphia works. I’ve felt really skinny recently, not eating well and not going to the gym for 1.5 months. Just weighed myself and I am exactly the same weight as before🤷🏼‍♂️

@stevo0611 My body is used to waking up at 5:30 every morning without an alarm so I was disgusted this morning being wide awake at 4:30 on my day off
