Our latest Housing Pipeline Report has been published. 📄 The report details planning permissions data for Q3 23-24, supplied by @Glenigan. 📊 The data shows the number of planning permissions granted for new homes have declined to a record low... ...with the fewest permissioned sites in a 12 month period since record began in 2006. 🏡📉 Here’s what you need to know 👇 🔸Over the last 12 months, the number of sites granted planning permission in England was the lowest quarterly figure recorded since the Housing Pipeline Report began in 2006 🔸 2,447 projects were granted planning permission in Q3, down 3% on the previous quarter and 19% lower than the same period last year 🔸 At 50,316, the number of housing units granted permission in England in Q3 was down 12% on the previous quarter 🔸 The number of housing units to secure planning permissions in Q3 was 28% lower than the same quarter last year 🔸 In the year to September 2023, the number of units gaining permission was 245,872 – a 15% drop on the previous year and the lowest for a 12 month period since Q3 2015. With SME workers making up 98% of the industry, access to employee assistance programmes and company mental health support is often limited. We want to help change that.
