December can be a difficult time for anybody who should be spending the festive period with their precious baby. Don’t be hard on yourself, if you don’t feel like celebrating much this month, or your grief has hit harder than usual. Do what is right for you❤️

Grief is a unique experience for each person and there's no right or wrong way to process it. It can take a long time to adjust to life after a loss, and it's normal to have periods of difficulty even long after the bereavement. It is simply OK to grieve. Be kind to yourself🤍
