We heartily congratulate Tara Bergin on being shortlisted for the 2026 @ForwardPrizes for Poetry, in the category: Best Single Poem—Written 🏆 Tara's poem was one of two published in Issue 52, Summer 2025 🛒stingingfly.org/product/summer… Thanks to the judges, Sarah Moss (Chair), Romalyn Ante, WN Herbert, Michael Mullen and @YomiSode. The winner will be announced at the @ForwardPrizes Ceremony 2026 on the 24 October. Tara Bergin is from Dublin. Her first collection of poems, This is Yarrow, was published by @Carcanet in 2013 and was awarded the @HeaneyCentre for Poetry Prize, and the Shine/Strong Award✨
