@DrystanMD @LawsuitsOrg I get that but are you adequately warning the patient of the long term life altering risks? Especially to teens and children who are being prescribed these when their brain is still developing...

🚨 EMERGING INVESTIGATION: Finasteride (Propecia) — Depression. Anxiety. Suicidal thoughts. Millions of men are prescribed the hair loss drug every year. Recent research links it to serious psychiatric side effects. The FDA added suicide risk to the label in 2022. Reply with helpful info. We're organizing 👇

@sarahkahncept @JonniSkinner Babes bfr... Just because it didn't happen to you doesn't negate the fact that this is happening to 1000's of people who weren't adequately warned of the risks. We are asking for informed consent. Not banning. Try and be a bit more open-minded just because it didn't happen you

@JonniSkinner @stinkybitsstick It’s hard to tell if it’s caused by ssris or something else however. I’d have to dig deeper into the literature, but I’ve not seen a whole lot for extended periods of time. I just know some groups have been using this to try and fully ban ssris, which is crazy.

@JonniSkinner Thanks Jonni, yes I hope we can heal and I hope these pharma companies take accountability for the damage they are doing. I just feel bad for the young people that won't be warned even though the piling evidence is undeniable.

@stinkybitsstick Hi there, absolutely. What I'm experiencing is actually very similar to sexual dysfunction caused by SSRIs so it would be a good comparison. I hope we can both heal from the iatrogenic harm done to us.

@asymlab Seems so wrong and pointless. Like what was the point of treating with this hardcore drugs if the depression is just going to come back once you stop. They are permenantly altering the brain to not function without their pills

the biggest lie in retail psychiatry is that ssri withdrawal is just "ur original depression returning." for thousands, it’s a permanent structural lockdown of the dopamine axis known as pssd. the medical consensus treats a hardware failure like a software bug. full clinical teardown of the epigenetic math dropping soon.

I’m looking for stories from people who have been injured by pharmaceuticals to add to a website I put together on pharmaceutical induced injury. Please share. Hopefully this website can help push for much needed change. My story is on there already.

@TerryVercoe @MikhailaFuller How can we get a lawsuit going for the harm that has been caused by these medications specifically. Especially in Australia and New Zealand where the corruption of the FDA isn't as big of a problem?

@drtaubraun @MikhailaFuller No I think she is right not to include the Vaccines, I get what you are saying but this is its own thing and needs more awareness.

Thank you for responding. IMO Adding a vaccine category will bolster this work. Most of the meds that you are documenting are prescribed to "fix" problems originally caused by vaccines. The word prescribed is generally not used for vaccines - but that's what they are - prescribed drugs or biologics and by far they have caused the most amount of harm. I disagree that governments are looking in to it. The Covid Vaccines have killed and maimed more people than any medication in human history and not a single government to date has done anything about it. Just like the other medications on your drop down list - vaccines and especially the Covid Vaccines cause neurological harm. The Covid Vaccines cause Prion Disease - and this is going to be the biggest health challenge and catastrophe in our lifetime. I think you will enjoy my Glycan Antigen Hypothesis of Vaccine Injury and Autism. The hypothesis applies to a wide range of autoimmune and immune conditions and why the Carnivore/ Lion Diet becomes essential (me included). 🦁 @drtaubraun/note/p-182930234?r=nanlv&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">substack.com/@drtaubraun/no…

@stinkybitsstick @void_prison @hanna_pssd @DanielleGansky Cope harder. I'm a fresh out of residency FM doc. I have fantastic patient reviews and bedside manner. I have maybe 2 patients in my whole panel as deranged as the average med Twitter patient, so it's cathartic to say what I can't say to the behind the veil of anonymity.

People are getting brain damage when they try to come off antidepressants (especially with rapid, doctor directed tapers) The truth is: we still don’t fully understand the long-term effects these drugs have on the brain What we do see, in real life, is life-altering withdrawal and irreversible neurological damage affecting hundreds of thousands of people. Some people take one pill and lose their sexuality, their cognition, their ability to feel love or connection. And for some, it never comes back. #pssd #ssriwithdrawal #antidepressants @PSSDNetwork
The Vigilant Fox 🦊@VigilantFox

Theo Von reveals he was put on antidepressants after “a tough day at school” and has NEVER been able to get off them since. THEO: “That shit makes you feel dead, man.” ROGAN: “So why did you take them in the first place?” THEO: “Cause I was in a bad relationship 20 years ago, and I was having a tough day at school, and they f*cking gave them to me, and then I never got off.” Theo’s experience is not uncommon. A 2019 meta-analysis revealed that 56% of people experience withdrawal symptoms when trying to quit antidepressants. Of those who experienced withdrawal symptoms, nearly half (46%) described them as “severe.” Before you get placed on the antidepressant hamster wheel like Theo Von did, consider trying exercise instead. Large-scale meta-analyses show that physical exercise is about 1.5 times more effective than antidepressants for depression.

@JohnAnthonyMD @void_prison @hanna_pssd @DanielleGansky Ok sounds like your butt hurt that studied and work this hard only to be a pawn in the medical system. The student debt must hurt. Best luck. I wouldn't even wish pSsd on you but I hope you can heal what ever trauma is making you act out like this.

Young men are quietly having their lives ruined by a common hair loss drug. Andrew Huberman just opened up about hearing from more and more guys suffering from post-finasteride syndrome — devastating sexual dysfunction, psychological issues, and symptoms that feel permanent. The mainstream medical community often calls it “nonsense,” but Huberman says it’s cratering lives and desperately needs more honest discussion. He even mentioned a Florida physician he’s thinking of bringing on the podcast to talk about it. It’s heartbreaking to hear how something prescribed so casually can completely derail a young man’s future. Have you or someone you know been affected by this? Or is this the first you’re hearing about post-finasteride syndrome?

@iatrogenicaware Not going to look up the context but I will say clinicians are people, especially outside of the office. If you come at me with head I might be in a bad mood and give it back 🤣

Real exchange between a ‘doctor’ and I, openly mocking me for suffering from emotional blunting and Anhedonia. And we still wonder why so many PSSD victims commit suicide?
