@Vodacom you guys going to fix the tower anytime soon close Sasol Doornkop? I would like to use the service I'm paying R3038,82 pm for. Have not had signal for 3 days. The call center resets my connection like it will make the tower go online with magic.

#vodacom please can you help with my refund and the network that is down again. The network guys arent communicating and they are the ones who said i would get a refund on the 16th of last month. I think it would be best to ask for two months and then they can phone to negotiate

@Vodacom been told that I have been blocked for 30 days to prevent me from fraud. Is this TCF? Is vodacom silencing me for trying to get the tower by me fixed? #umbudsman my account has been overcharged 50% and tower damaged since 25 April.

@Vodacom been blocked to prevent fraududelt activity due to me calling alot as the line cuts off alot. Fix this today and have the person who ohoned this morning ohone me back. They closed ticket but nothing has been fixed. And no tech has phoned me. This is day

@vodacom tomorrow will be day 10 and the refund request for 30% as would not have had network for 30% of the month. The request will increase with each day the service is not in my area

@Vodacom I have not had a good connection since the 25th April. So far that is 26,67% of a month. I have phoned numerous times and have been promised vodacom is working on it. I would like a refund equal to network being down. 2l coke but only getting 1,5l and charged for 3,5l?

@Vodacom Hi, I upgraded last month and the bill is pro rata and which is not how upgrade works. I have phoned and emailed at the start of the month. Phoned on the 22nd and today again. Accounts send me to upgrades to fix and upgrades send me to upgrades. R1400 and no fix
