I looked into this yesterday and I don’t believe this is correct. What I was told is STL will hold McIsaac’s rights throughout his time in NCAA. Once he informs the NHL that he is leaving college, the Blues will have a 30 day window to sign him. Solid player with NHL potential.

Theo Lindstein’s played almost 60 5v5 minutes through 4 games and is comfortable above water and shots and expected goals. Good start kid!

Connor and Scheifele are maybe the two most egregious cherry-pickers in the league. Would never want either on my team. Blues can never stop them but they also will never win a thing. 🤷‍♂️

@bak_dylan To be fair… I’ve always been pretty skeptical. Think he can be useful, but I’m very hesitant to pencil him into the top of a lineup.

@stlanalytics Sam man. Give him some time. He’s a rookie in the NHL, who was just an all star in his first AHL season, and had a great Olympics. Our team is also not fantastic, and can be tough for a rookie when he’s always switching line mates. He may never be elite, but a solid 2C easily.

Damn I just don’t see it with Dvorsky… never really have either. Hope he eventually proves me wrong
