So, my start date has been moved forward from mid-March to tomorrow! This now feels very real and very exciting.

Year 3/4 enjoyed a wonderful geography field trip investigating how our local area has changed over time.

Year 3/4 reflected on the gift of Jesus and the gifts we can offer the world in today’s collective worship. We wrote our gifts on stars and placed them on the water -we watched them unfurl as we offered them up to god.

Year 3/4 science this afternoon investigating the organs involved in digestion!

Year 3 enjoyed a game of Quiz, quiz trade today to practice times tables!

Year 3/4 enjoyed a lovely collective worship today thinking how we can prepare to welcome Jesus into our hearts during advent. Thanks to our two girls for setting up our lovely worship table.

Year 3/4 had a great afternoon taste testing biscuits in our DT lesson.

Year 3/4 enjoyed a great Ancient Greek writing workshop today led by author Robin Price. Some amazing writing to follow!

Year 3/4 have worked so hard on these flip/rotate designs in art. Simple but effective.

Year 3 are really working hard on their cursive handwriting!

Year 3/4 enjoyed a mini Olympic Games in PE this afternoon before learning about the Ancient Greek Olympic Games in history. A great cross curricular afternoon!

Year 3/4 had an amazing day today at Beeston castle enhancing our history curriculum learning about lift in prehistoric Britain.

Today is my first day teaching on supply and I am loving it ☺️ I always said that EYFS was not for me, but today may have just changed my mind 😅🤩
