Some of our pupils got the chance to take part in a range of sports with help from Ranelagh students yesterday, they had great fun doing archery in the rain!

1st Event ✅ Sunshine ✅ Rain ✅. Great day at our Invictus Festival. Massive thank you to @MNRCoaching and the amazing @ranelaghpe leaders for a fantastic event. Well done to all the children who took part and demonstrated wonderful values.

Year 3 had great fun on Friday learning about maps and compasses with Rob. He taught us all about the key on a map and how to find grid references as well as teaching us how to use the different compass directions. He also explained how he uses maps in his job in the army.

Year 6 had a great day at Oakwood today. Fun and laughter all around and they coped amazingly well with the heat

Today some Year 5 and 6 children represented us in a FootGolf tournament. They behaved beautifully and had a great morning!

We have loved learning about Kenya in our Geography lessons. We went on an aeroplane and stopped off at different countries on our journey and learnt different things about Kenya.

Y4 have arrived safely at The Living Rainforest.

Year 6 have been working on their knowledge of angles.

It was Teddy's birthday yesterday. He enjoyed LOTS of treats and another busy day around the school. He went home exhausted! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEDDY!

Working hard to learn number bonds in Reception

So pleased to have secured funding to buy extra resources and reading books to support our phonics teaching and daily reading sessions. Everyone's really enjoying the new scheme and we are seeing great progress. Big thanks to Alice at Whiteknights too. @FFTEdu @HubWhiteknights

Year 6 have been to Experience Easter at Church.

Year 3 really enjoyed recreating Roman roads, only this time with layers of custard, marshmallows, chocolate and biscuits! This engaging lesson helped inspire them to follow then write their own instructions, as well as learn more about the impact of Romans on Britain today!
