The students in Room 104 began their exploration of Jackson Pollock this week! We learned about his process of splattering, throwing, and dripping paint onto a canvas while standing, moving, and dancing around it. That is how he earned his nickname of “Action Jackson.”

Families are at the cornerstone of all we do at Stock! Families are children’s first teachers. Family Friday encourages families to play an active role in supporting their children's growth, development, and learning. Engaging and celebrating families is at the heart of our work!

Room 106 recently wrapped up an in depth study on clothing. Throughout the study, they learned through playing and discovering all things related to clothing. For their culminating activity, they invited families to attend their FASHION SHOW. They definitely ROCKED the runway!

"Work Together Wednesday" is a special day during the Week of the Young Child dedicated to highlighting the importance of teamwork and collaboration both in early childhood education settings and at home.
