@DarthTokie @Nintendo If you want to have a similar feeling then I suggest you to take a look on the ton of indie games we have on PC today. I'm now playing Motorslice, an adventure game with some parkour and shadow of the colossus mechanics. This game is really addictive.

@Nintendo are nothing but greedy monopolists trying to patent everything so no one can have fun. One of the main reasons I put my switch away a few years back and havent supported them in anyway. Its heartbreaking because I grew up with Zelda on the super nintendo, pokemon, and so much more.
On principle I refuse to support a black company that does this, copyright strikes any and every video or sound, screws over other creators, games and developers or attempts to (i.e. @Palworld_EN Giving us exactly what we all wanted for years and making a genuinely phenomenal game), etc etc etc

Japan’s Patent Office rejected Nintendo’s latest patent for monster-catching mechanics on touch-screen devices,The application number is 2026-019762. The patent covered common actions like tapping to move your character, throwing capture items at wild creatures, summoning caught monsters to battle, and tapping on-screen buttons for attacks and items. Officials said these rules are not new or special, they are just standard monster-catching gameplay already seen in games like Pokémon, with no real invention. This patent belongs to the same group Nintendo is using in its court case against Palworld developer Pocketpair. Nintendo changed the claims in February 2026, but the office still rejected it. They can try again, but the strong reasons given make it difficult. The lawsuit against Palworld continues, and Pocketpair has already made changes to avoid issues.

Fanservice é qualquer coisa feita especificamente para agradar e dar prazer aos fãs.
Quando o anime tem aquele episódio que o estúdio gasta mais dinheiro que o normal, para fazer aquela luta com uma animação absurdamente fluida e golpes bem coreografados. Isso é fanservice.

I was just thinking (and without any alcoholic assistance), imagine the following scenario:
> developer uses AI to make a game.
> GPUs and memory units become more expensive.
> gamer consumer needs to spend much more to buy their gaming rig.
> gamer consumer runs out of money to invest in games.
> voices38 breaks DNV protection.
> gamer consumer plays the game anyway.
P.S.: Please note I'm not against the use of AI at any level of the creative process, as long as it's followed by human supervision to avoid hallucinations. But it was crazy to think about this cycle

De 6 de maio até hoje (12 de maio), os AppImage e Ubuntu.git do Cemu 2.6 no GitHub foram comprometidos por um agente malicioso pró-Rússia.
Usuários de Windows, macOS e Flatpak não foram afetados.
A opção mais segura é fazer uma instalação limpa do seu sistema operacional. No mínimo, você deve excluir os binários afetados e redefinir todas as suas senhas, tokens do GitHub, chaves SSH ou qualquer outra coisa usada para autenticação com serviços. O malware contém um sofisticado programa para roubo de senhas de diversos serviços.
Ainda estão investigando a sequência exata dos eventos, mas a principal hipótese é que um colaborador da equipe do emulador executou um pacote Python comprometido que roubou seu token do GitHub. Esse token foi então usado para reenviar uma versão comprometida dos dois binários Linux na versão 2.6 (a mais recente) do Cemu. Já tomamos medidas para evitar que isso aconteça novamente.
