I was once asked to solve some physics problems for a physics role. After getting a couple right, the interviewer shot me a mischievous look and presented me with a profoundly difficult problem. I recognised it immediately as the “hardest ever” physics Olympiad question. To their astonishment I solved it. I never told them that, ten years before, I had written the question.

Anyone know any companies that come into schools and deliver refereeing qualifications for pupils. Think it would be great for more pupils to get qualified in sports they love.

Question for teachers of PE in schools - how do you assess pupils at KS3 in PE at your schools?
