But here’s the key 🔑 these assets don’t necessarily fit under MiCA’s retail crypto umbrella. Instead, projects like XDC are more focused on trade finance tokenization, aligning better with laws like the EDTA 2023, which legally recognizes digital trade documents. That’s their lane, not retail exchanges. ICP (Internet Computer Protocol) focuses heavily on data sovereignty, privacy, and decentralized cloud infrastructure, making it attractive for solutions that align with regulations like GDPR. So, while it might get phased out of certain exchanges due to MiCA, it’s still highly relevant in data protection and enterprise sectors. These projects aren’t disappearing, they’re just moving into more specialized legal frameworks tailored for their real use cases. Trade finance, decentralized data, enterprise payment systems. As many of you are aware $XCN has broke out of the Bull Pennant and has been forming a triple top. here are the statistics. 50-60% chance of a bearish reversal or pullback as the price forms a triple top above the pennant’s resistance. 20-30% chance of consolidation or a retest at the breakout point. 10-20% chance of a bullish continuation if the price breaks and closes above the triple top resistance.
