You’re defining power in an overly broad sense, such that it encapsulates the entire concept of sex. I don’t think this argument relates to the nature of the crime. You murder someone because you want them to stop doing something. Raping someone is forcing someone to do something you want to do. Yes high IQ people restrain themselves. But give them enough power, and they know they can get away with both rape and murder, like the Clintons.
