Compared to Google and Apple, we feel very 'understaffed' (in quotes) at the BBC. But the amount of quality services we're able to deliver regardless is pretty incredible, as I'm sure @storm_fagan would agree!

We say we feel "understaffed" when we feel constrained by time and our ambitions exceed our capacity to deliver. This frustrated chafing is one of the only forces powerful enough to make us (occasionally) stop and pay serious attention to the efficiency of our operations.
