@wizzair Sorry to ask again but can you clarify as I think I don't understand the wording used in the last message! Where it says there is no expiry date, that is wrong? And where it says credit expires after 3 months, that is correct?

@wizzair Thanks. So just to make sure I've understood your message, voluntary cancellation credit now expires after 3 months? So I will now lose my credit because I can't use it in that time?

@wizzair Hello! Your website info page says that credit from a voluntary cancellation does NOT have an expiry date (see attached). Another page on your website says it expires after 90 days. Two conflicting pieces of information. Can you tell me which is correct please? Thanks
