This original medieval-style dance piece is in G minor, with a chord progression that alternates between Gm and Cm, incorporating variations like Gm6 and Cm6 for that hypnotic flow.

The inch derives from the width of a human thumb. The foot from the length of a human foot. The pace, the cubit, the furlong - each unit in the ancient measurement system traces back to a dimension of the human body, connecting the geometry of human anatomy directly to the geometry of the built world. Randall makes this concrete and physical - he has laid out 660 feet in an open field, marked a single inch at one end, and demonstrated the relationship firsthand. These are not abstract units. They are embodied ones. The ratio Randall arrives at is where the argument crystallizes. The furlong is to the inch as the Earth is to a mile. That relationship is not a coincidence of historical accident - it is evidence of a measurement system deliberately constructed to encode the dimensions of the planet into the units of human scale. The same system that begins with the width of a thumb ends with the circumference of the Earth, and every unit in between maintains a precise proportional relationship to both. Randall’s broader argument throughout his research converges here - the ancient world did not measure things arbitrarily. It built a system in which the human body, the sacred structure, and the planet itself were all expressions of the same underlying geometric order.

@TheMouthyBuddha If God can be synonymous with truth, love and wisdom, it's easy to see it as God's word. I like to think about truth as the physical realm, as the world is built on divine truths. Wisdom is obviously the mental realm. Love is how you act... we should strive to act as Jesus did.

Do you believe in the book the Holy Bible? Do you believe it is God’s Word? Or do you believe the Holy Bible is simply a collection of messages/stories made by men alone?

The shapes of a deck of cards, overlapping in geometry. It’s a little trippy to look at, but all four suits are there. They pass off the origin of these shapes as random, but it's not as random as they would have us think...

This is what Cognitive Dissonance looks like, step by step. This is what it looks like when someone's subconscious mind decides to change a behavior -- NO MORE BOOSTERS -- but the conscious mind hasn't figured out why. Fascinating. Never trigger this, if you can help it.
