The government and the unions are in cahoots. A small pay rise will be accepted but without additional funding to the #NHS. This means services will be cut to fund it. Then nurses and doctors will be blamed for services being cut.

And this is why I absolutely cannot stand Passmed's psych section. How on earth is this useful or appropriate for educating doctors? Surely they should be doing better than reinforcing harmful stereotypes?

@1973Jtizz Agreed. The problem with nursing is I’ve done the rounds with them all. However, RCN does look to have get itself more organised with new leadership after the last lot were forced out. So might go back.
