Today @StPeterCulinary students prepared and packaged over 150 🥪's to be distributed to people experiencing homelessness within our community. Like the bags say, each sandwich was handmade with ❤️ @StPeterCSS

Each year our Grade 12 Hospitality students complete a chicken butchery lab. Each student "fabricates" their own chicken as part of their culminating activity. The dark meat will be marinated, the breasts butterflied and the bones used for stock. Exceptional job class!

Chef Dan and his Senior Hospitality classes explored Toronto's historical St. Lawrence Market today. Students had the opportunity to try fresh oysters, octopus and other worldly cuisines. 🌎
