Student transportation is cancelled, and all HWCDSB schools, administration buildings, adult education centres and childcare centres are CLOSED today, Thursday, February 23, 2023, due to inclement weather. The HWCDSB Virtual School will operate as per usual.

Student transportation is cancelled, however, all schools and administration offices of the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board are OPEN today, Thursday January 26, 2023.    Secondary exams are cancelled and exams will be moved forward by one day.

Parents/guardians should consider the unique situation of their neighbourhood (e.g., weather and road conditions) when determining if it is safe to send their children to school. Parents/guardians have the ultimate say in deciding whether to keep their children home.
