Do you adjust your #mindset when it’s back to school time?
Sometimes when we get caught in these new routines, we neglect our basic needs & boundaries. This can lead to high stress & burn out.
If this has happened to you in the past, reply & let’s have a conversation!
Are you taking the time to do something for yourself?
Although you might be tired of hearing it, you need to make sure you’re doing something for yourself each and every day.
Only doing things for others leads to dissatisfaction with yourself. #selfcare
How I feel when I keep my #boundaries in check and my stress level low 😎
Remember, that you cannot do your job well unless you are well. Sometimes you have to say NO.
If your job related #stress is getting the best of you, DM the word “STRESS” to start reducing it today!

Didn’t exercise, didn’t track, didn’t care. I had a great time at my #BacheloretteParty .
My digestive system is screaming and my workout sucked today but it’s all about #balance.
I’m excited to announce that my #stress management coaching service “Slay the Stress” will be launching this month!
To kick off the launch, I will be hosting 2 IG Lives discussing stress on Tues April 12th & Wed April 13th at 7pm EST. Mark your calendars!

What #snacks do you eat on the go?
My preference is protein bars. They are easy to pack, can be found in most convenience stores and help me reach my protein goal.
What are your favorite snacks to eat on the go?
People ask me how I maintain my #health while teaching full time.
My main method of success is simple: #timemanagement & #prioritization.
My 3-step process:
1. Create to-do list & categorize by importance
2. Block out time for priority tasks
3.Adjust schedule as needed
Finally have a chance to rest and recharge 🛌 😴
I’m finally on winter break and looking forward to not waking up at 5:30am and eating while typing!
It’s been a busy couple of weeks at work & preparing to launch my #healthcoaching business (waitlist in bio).
If you still need guidance, contact your local health coach (ahem me).

Are you on track for your yearly #goals?
If your #goals fell apart this past month, it was likely that they were:
⚠️Too vague
⚠️Unrealistic
⚠️Irrelevant
The fix?
🔺Get specific (the what & how)
🔺Get real (can I actually achieve this safely)
🔺Get behind your reason for doing this (your WHY)
4 ways to deal with #setbacks
Instead of giving up, consider the following:
⚠️ Reflect on your experience
⚠️ Reframe the situation
⚠️ Explore negative thoughts
⚠️ Develop coping strategies
