Some email clients can be configured to use custom folders for special mailboxes such as “Drafts,” “Sent,” etc. You may need to reselect these folders.
E.g., in Apple Mail on iOS this is set under Settings→Mail→Accounts→[account name]→Account→Advanced.

If you have an IMAP account configured with the prefix of `INBOX` or `INBOX.` you can completely remove this prefix.

Our Cloudflare DNS domains are resolving again. Total downtime ~ 22 minutes.

Cloudflare DNS is currently exhibiting an outage. We only have a handful of clients with affected domains, and for them availability is interrupted.

Our mail vendor's network had a failed cluster. They routed traffic through an alternate cluster, and are doing a post-mortem on the failed systems.
