I am a slow reader and it takes me a long time to write a story. Is there a correlation?

@PhilipFracassi I enjoy the freedom of writing freehand, not having to rely on a computer. I am less likely to turn back and correct myself, to be critical of what I am writing, but to push forward till I have a semblance of a story. The computer is where I make it coherent.

What I learned while writing a story longhand: I hate writing stories longhand.

@MKTighewrites We used to have a dog who could tell a storm was coming. It would be a clear day and she would cower in her kennel all day long till the storm arrived in the evening. She never got it wrong and did it all her life. Still don't know how.

Okay so the first four episodes of @RealGDT Cabinet of Curiosities are top notch, particularly The Autopsy which remained faithful to Shea's brilliant short story. Great to see so much money, passion and talent put into these stories.

It's been a great year for creators like @neilhimself and @clivebarkerinfo to take ownership of their own work. May it extend to other great writers.

Werewolf By Night was a pleasant surprise; Hellraiser (2022) was as good as I hoped it would be and now I can't wait till Cabinet of Curiosities and particularly The Autopsy episode.
