The effect has gotten larger since we’ve gone 50/50 therefore it requires the ICE to charge the battery hence the ‘super’ but clipping is clipping mate

@stratmode44 @TeamLH_tears You're clueless. Superclipping was literally impossible in previous regs because it requires the use of ICE to charge the batteries which was previously impossible since there was no mechanical connection that would allow that to happen 😉

@TeamLH_tears Clipping is super clipping they just changed the name and the effect is larger now since we’ve gone to 50/50
It clearly effected this battle because max wasn’t clipping at the end of the back straight but leclerc was (Honda pu vs Ferrari pu)

@stratmode44 He was clipping not superclipping. Clipping was a thing in the previous regs, it just wasn't as significant and only a factor when a driver used too much energy defending/overtaking.
Now the amount of speed that cars lose is ridiculous and energy is everything.
