@StratticWeb Some pointers to not frustrate your users. 1. Provide better chat support. The representatives disappear for 30m to 2 hours during chat. 2. Provide SSH access to the sites. Why stuck to age old FTPing? It's 2023!

To improve speed, tested moving a site to @StratticWeb, which converts WordPress to a Headless/Static site Not terribly cheap, but very impressed so far Nice improvements in speed/security, while maintaining functionality - e.g. contact forms and videos strattic.com
