@HACKETTREF Body shape not larger agreed. But he’s intentionally moved his arm towards the ball for me, so that it’s down by his side isn’t a factor.

The body shape was not larger.
No movement of hand to ball.
The deflected ball certainly struck the arm. At the time it did the body was vertical.
Not a penalty kick for me.

He does keep his arm by his side. But for me the movement is still intentionally towards the ball and therefore he risks being penalised for handball.

Tarkowski handball looks fairly straightforward to me. The focus seems to be on the position of his arm being natural, but that’s not the exclusive consideration,
My view as a ref and ex defender is he clearly moves his arm towards the ball, so meets the criteria of the law.
