i was restricting heavily and pacing 12k steps every day for 4 months, losing weight rapidly (which according to everyone in the quotes isn’t that much) and ive never hated my life more, thats why i now have pretty much just stopped exercising and prefer to bedrot and starve

please do NOT aim for more than 10k steps a day. i know it seems like an ‘easy quick fix’ but i’m telling you, your body is NOT made to endure this much stress on a daily basis. you will hurt your joints and cause lasting, painful damage. DO NOT DO EXTREME THINGS TO YOUR BODY

@losing_lacy i mostly bed rot when i dont have classes and have never gone past 48 hours because 1 time when i showered while fasting my vision went black and my ears started ringing and i got scared lol
