fellow artists, how do you deal with clients who seem to not read your t&c? i've encountered a few who requested me in my vgen but left it unpaid (my t&c is that i will only start the Illustration once paid) and i keep on worrying about following the deadline from the proposal

Streamers... Do you struggle with chat calling you out for not reading their messages? I've experienced this quite a bit recently. I'm not used to having a busy chat and when I do, I struggle with keeping up and I end up missing things. How do you guys respond to those comments?
