🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. has conducted airstrikes in southern Iran targeting mine-laying vessels near the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM says the operation was strictly defensive, targeting vessels attempting to lay mines in the critical shipping lane

🇺🇸 Anti-ICE protesters barricaded entrances to the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark using pallets, cement blocks, pipes, and debris. Masked activists spent hours blocking access while cameras rolled.

Just got the following from a source close to the negotiations: - Trump's deal will include Iran charging a toll at the Strait of Hormuz, but they'll call it something else (legal gymnastics - UNCLOS Article 26) - The U.S. will unfreeze assets, or commit to doing so (still being negotiated) - The war in Lebanon will likely stop (despite Netanyahu not accepting) Nothing is 100% confirmed yet. Both sides are debating the unfreezing of assets, and Netanyahu is facing significant domestic pressure to keep the war in Lebanon going

🚨🇺🇸🇨🇺 Treasury just subpoenaed Twitch streamer Hasan Piker and CodePink cofounder Medea Benjamin over their March trip to communist Cuba. The Office of Foreign Assets Control is investigating whether the pair violated U.S. sanctions through the financing and delivery of goods to the regime as part of the "Nuestra América Convoy." As many as 40 Americans are caught in the dragnet, including Isra Hirsi, the daughter of Rep. Ilhan Omar. More subpoenas are expected. The activist class spent years calling sanctions enforcement a fantasy. The Trump administration just turned it into a federal investigation, and it slots right into the wider Cuba pressure campaign alongside the Castro indictment and the carrier group now parked in the region. 5 must-know facts on Epstein

100 days ago, on January 8th and 9th, millions of Iranians took to the streets knowing the price they might pay. More than 40,000 heroes paid that price for Iran's dignity, liberty, and freedom. Young women tore off their headscarves in front of armed security forces. Students organized, marched, and faced plainclothes agents on campuses. Teachers, lawyers, and workers walked off their jobs. Shopkeepers shuttered their stores in solidarity. Millions of ordinary people did extraordinary things in city after city in an epic display of national unity. The regime answered with bullets, mass arrests, and show trials and executions. Facing an inhuman evil, Iranians showed superhuman bravery. More than 40,000 gave their lives. My compatriots kept going and their courage belongs to history. This is the final battle and they are preparing to win the war against the Islamic Republic. In this battle to reclaim our nation, I will not stop fighting until the day they are free. We hope the world will be with us. Whether it is or not, our fight will continue and we will liberate Iran.
