Main mistakes that led to -1.5 SOL
1. Emotional trading
Again and again
It turns trading into guessing instead of executing
2. Round trips
Again
I don’t sell when the probability of further upside decreases. Round-tripped 1.5 SOL today because of that.
Without the round trips, I’d be +1.5 SOL. But they triggered emotional trading. Everything is connected.
Tomorrow will be hard.
There will be an urge to make it back fast.
Why do I keep repeating the same mistakes?

PvP tokens Got involved in pvp plays even though I had no real conviction 2. Emotional trading. No explanation needed 3. Buying at ath This comes from emotions. In a calm state, I don’t do that 4. Bad timing entrie Example: I buy at 30k fully knowing it will likely drop further and offer a better entry. Still buy just to “not miss it.” 5. Round trips.I’m tired of this. I don’t sell when the probability of success keeps decreasing. Why hold when the odds are getting worse? This should’ve been a profitable day but roundtripped 3 sol Main issue: emotions. Caught a runner but was selling it with 0.000000000000001 sell preset and didn't realize it, spammed the sell and just got queued for EVERYTHING on the biggest red candle...
Other than that i traded mid today, was getting reckless and bought stuff with no catalyst because i was very sleepy when the volume was just not it.
Tomorrow i will try to be more focused and trade less but with more quality.
