Adam Wharton is one of the best controlling midfielders in English football at the moment. He doesn’t give the ball away, something that England have too often done. Bizarre that Wharton overlooked by Thomas Tuchel. He’ll go to U21 Euros but Wharton’s not a "development" player any more. He’s ready. He showed that at Wembley. But Tuchel, playing safe in midfield, prefers the experience and “leadership” of Jordan Henderson over the creativity and composure of Wharton. Pity. #ENG #CPFC
