Baseline problem with current criminal law is you aren't legally allowed to setup a neighborhood perimeter of defense with riflemen. You are legally required to allow a suspicious drug addict to walk up behind you in a hoodie with a concealed knife or pistol.

Modern dating scene has infiltrated the Church. There’s issues between men and women but it’s so easy to just blame men for everything these days. We need to start holding more women accountable and help them realize that marriage, love, and children are good. We build each other up, that’s how God intended it to be. That means you may not always start off at the top and we shouldn’t expect someone to be to marry them. These symptoms are part of a greater spiritual sickness that needs to be healed not only within America but also the Church as well. I have been reading St. John Chrystoms book on Marriage and Family Life since I’m getting married soon and it’s tragic to see that modern dating and marriage have been reduced to a contract with outrageous stipulations. What happened to wanting to build or being happy to be with someone, even if they don’t check off all boxes, and building with them?
