@juicycaturra 4.6g potassium bicarbonate + 15.2g Epsom Salts dissolved in 1L of deionised water as a concentrate, then 10g of the concentrate in 1L deionised water as your brew water. Pour over, Aeropress, batch brew, whatever. It’s sensational.

ちなみに昨日の座談会ではお伝えし忘れてしまったのですが、再現性の面からいうと、数値で測れないタンピングでもってエスプレッソを調整するのは避けたほうがよいかもしれません。
