Dosbarth Seren had a wonderful time in their All Creatures Great and Small learner forum. We got to share our learning and it was wonderful to see so many of our families who came and joined us for the afternoon. We really enjoyed making our habitat triaramas together!

Dosbarth Afon had a lovely afternoon when we walked to church to lead the Stations of the Cross for our parishioners. On our way back to school we met some our our local Police Officers who gave us all a high five and asked us to sing the hymn we had sung in Church. ✝️ @swpolice

Dosbarth Enfys have been gardeners this week learning all about what a plant needs to be healthy. We planted some beautiful summer bulbs so can’t wait to look after them and watch them grow! 🌷

Dosbarth Seren thoroughly enjoyed their practical volume and capacity activity this week. We had to decide which container could hold the most volume of liquid then we got to test how much each container could actually hold.

Dosbarth Afon have been using different brush techniques when creating their volcano art this week. 🌋🧑‍🎨🎨🖌️

Dosbarth Seren enjoyed their @sizeofwales workshops this morning! We became deforestation detectives and explored causes of deforestation. We looked at palm oil usage and explored the rainforest with TimTom the Orangutan! We learnt some very interesting facts!

Dosbarth Haul and Dosbarth Enfys led a beautiful whole school Gweddiwn on the Presentation of the Lord on Friday. Everyone worked so hard and read and acted amazingly! Da iawn pawb, a brilliant celebration ☀️ 🌈

Dosbarth Enfys have been working hard on their numbers to 20 this week. We have been practising making and recognising these bigger numbers. Da iawn pawn! @PrimaryStarsEd

In RE this week we learnt about how God’s light can shine through all of us. We thought of all of the different ways we could make God’s light shine and created lanterns to remind ourselves to do these things. Really thoughtful work pawb, Gwaith da ☀️

Dosbarth Afon and Enfys celebrated a lovely ‘Good Shepherd’ Mass with Father Paul, parents and grandparents. What a beautiful way to end the week!

Our school Eco Committee led an informative worship reminding the school of the important work they do to make our school a more eco-friendly place. They also introduced the eco-code competition that they are running at the moment @EcoSchoolsWales ♻️

Dosbarth Enfys explored lots of traditional tales and their features this week to help us write our own stories! Da iawn pawb 👏

Dosbarth Afon and Mynydd have ended the term with a fantastic festive party! Nadolig Llawen pawb! 🎄

Dosbarth Enfys have been chefs this week making gingerbread men for our school Christmas Fayre! Come along and try some of our tasty gingerbread for only £1! #christmasfayre #enterprise

Our Dosbarth Blodau and Dosbarth Seren stars done a fantastic job performing their concert Baa, Baa, Bethlehem! They sung all their songs excellently and there was some fantastic acting! Bendigedig pawb! ✨

Our Progression Step Two and Three learners had a fantastic time this morning with our question and answer session with Ospreys Rugby players Sam Parry and Lewis Jones! The children asked some fantastic questions and there were some brilliant answers! Diolch @CommunityOsprey 🏉

Dosbarth Afon participated in the Red Wednesday livestream event this morning, putting their faith into action and showing solidarity @acn_uk #redwednesday2025

Dosbarth Enfys practised their instructional writing today. We explored the outdoor area to find ingredients to make a magical woodland potion! ✨🔮 We then created instructions as a class on how to make the potion. Gwaith da pawb, lovely work! #outdoorlearning

In Dosbarth Afon, we had an amazing day with our Viking visitor learning about the Viking timeline, gods, weapons, stories and so much more!
