Stop leaving your farms to your kids. Leave it to the kid who cares about it. If none of them do leave it to someone who does. This is one of the roots causes farm land being lost. We are losing this fight.

I said this to a coop ceo of a bazillion locations. The downside of the single location co-op, it doesn’t scale. The upside of the single location co-op, it doesn’t scale. Will not explain.

If I said winter annuals such as henbit and pepperweed take of 10 bushels, could one argue to the contrary?

The massive Utah data center, called the Stratos Project, will be as big as 2,000 Walmarts, will need 9GW of electricity to run, and will generate the heat equivalent of 23 atom bombs detonating every single day in Hansel Valley. The expected impact of wildlife is catastrophic. sltrib.com/news/environme…

Kevin O'Leary's massive data center was approved by a county commission in Utah last night. At 40,000 acres, it would be 2.5x the size of Manhattan. The commission approved the proposal despite opposition from hundreds of locals.

My career goal is to make enough money that I can afford to lose several thousand dollars a year farming in retirement.

I genuinely feel bad for people in their 20s right now. They missed the era of: $600 rent. $2 tacos and cheap drinks. Walking out of interviews with job offers. Groceries that didn’t require a payment plan. Going out all night without everyone filming everything for social media. Life wasn’t perfect, but it felt lighter. More affordable. More spontaneous. You could actually breathe a little.

@commie_trucker Laziness paired with envy & entitlement creates communists.
