Farm kids are starting right after high school again too. I see both sides. One very successful farmer told me once, it matters when you start farming, it takes a long time to get the snowball rolling. A guy that starts at 18 is at an advantage over the guy at 28. I also see farm kids get a masters in agribusiness after college by working at ADM or Cargill, those guys have an edge when they go back to the farm. I see both ways. I didn’t start in the grain business until I was 27. I felt like I was behind so I’m a late bloomer.

Last year during an interview, I made a mistake by referring to people in the DeFlock group as terrorists. I was wrong to say that, and I should have cleared this up a long time ago. That's my fault. Around the time of the interview, I was hearing reports of ALPR-avoidance apps being used (on occasion) for serious crime avoidance, and I conflated that with legitimate criticism. Being concerned about your privacy or how your local law enforcement agency conducts its operations isn’t terrorism, it’s American. DeFlock is not a terrorist organization, it’s an open source project that has gained popularity primarily due to our inadequate response to the questions and concerns that people have about ALPR. Over the last 8 years, nearly 7,000 towns, cities and counties in America have purchased our ALPR cameras. While these cameras have done a tremendous amount of good in those communities, the recent awareness surrounding their existence has also spiked a fair share of criticism. I think we have failed to answer these questions and concerns at scale, and we are going to do a better job of that moving forward. I know @Rahul has banked a bunch of questions from X last week for us to answer, but feel free to reply with more here. He and I are going to do our best to catch up on these and answer them.

@bl_ag_inc Make sure you have a good 4' from the top of the ground to the top of the pipe and bed it in pea rock or sand. Use plastic pipe. Make sure the area around it is fee of any black dirt so you don't get frost boils.

I’m debating putting a blower in to move clean seed from our plant over to our packaging bin by your warehouse.
