@byajperez @DigDeepBSB As an agent, I will say that experience has nothing to do with this, only ethics. The PWHLPA does have a certification process now (new this season), we are all required to behave ethically to maintain our good standing with the player’s association.

@DigDeepBSB The more people have the data, the more likely it will be to leak. And smaller leagues typically have the less-experienced (and maybe less ethical) agents. That’s why it’s hard to keep it under wraps and other leagues stopped trying years ago.

NWSL salaries are not public.
The way things are done in men's pro sports isn't the only way to do things.
PWHL players voted to have salaries avail within PWHLPA as a resource for players/agents in 2025. They didn't vote to make salaries transparent to the media and public.
