It seems like Japanese fans completely misunderstand our point. We never wanted a first-come, first-served ticketing system like Ticketmaster. We are more than happy to participate in the lottery system. Furthermore, we've never expected to have the exact same privileges as local fans, because we believe that residents of the host country naturally deserve priority. Personally, I would be perfectly satisfied with just having a chance in the later lottery rounds, or even being limited to regular tickets without the option for seat upgrades. But the reality is, we aren't even given a chance to begin with. Do they honestly think that requiring a Japanese phone number or address actually reduces ticket reselling? I highly doubt it. Even with these rules currently in place, resale websites are still continuously flooded with scalped, overpriced tickets. Do they really think international fans are the ones behind all of this? Even when major agencies like Starto take legal action against these resale apps, the number of scalped tickets doesn't seem to drop at all. What these restrictions actually prevent isn't scalping—it's international fans from accessing the concert. The people reselling these tickets are the Japanese locals themselves, aren't they? How does restricting ticket purchases to Japanese phone numbers affect them, especially when there are still people willing to take the risk and buy from scalpers anyway?

I appreciate all the response to my earlier post. Just like there are many views of which none are wrong and provide good insights, obviously my own views are based in my own experiences and not about the Japanese industry as a whole. I initially wrote in hopes that people understood that there are artists here that are trying hard to reach their content globally and the best way for fans to get info about those activities is to follow their socials DIRECTLY because not a lot of artists have the means of promoting themselves on major platforms, and artist also base their overseas tours on Spotify and Youtube analytics. I understand that I'm not the most influential voice to make changes in the industry, but I've never given up trying to connect with the world and I probably never will. My goal has never been to become the biggest selling artist, as long as I can reach the people who enjoy my music. But that also means I have to try harder to bring my content overseas. It's worth it though. Thanks & Rock On.

I have to say the first episode got me hooked! Snowball Earth is currently airing this season. Personally have not seen any platform talk about it. But it is streaming on Crunchyroll, Hulu, Disney+ (outside of the U.S.), and Amazon Prime.
