@alex_is_shook My jaw clicks cuz i have an overbite lol i do it to annoy my boyfriend

the Jaw clicking is getting so much worse!! her jaw is severely misaligned. i wouldn’t be surprised if she’s talking one day and can’t close her mouth. she’ll be the first person to gain weight while having lockjaw.

how it feels like binging on food you dont even like

@its_bribriie Lowkey i dont even use my tdee/bmr…. I just eat 600 and burn 600~ off in work lol

The reason some of you aren’t losing as fast as you think you should be is because you are subtracting cals burnt from walking/working out, most of which are already counted in your maintenance cals.
