୨  ݁  ㅤㅤrules .ᐟ ⠀꒰ 2L of water daily. ⠀꒰ 12k steps. ⠀꒰ no sugar, bread, macaroni!! (at all)!! ⠀꒰ take a progress pic every week!! ⠀꒰ read everyday! ⠀꒰ following the diet below! (restarting) ⠀꒰ workout 4-6x a week.
